CHRMS continues to grow both in size and scope by advancing healthcare risk management through our educational programs, which share leading-edge knowledge, as well as practical and replicable ideas.  Through CHRMS programs, participants are provided with the most current information on topics of utmost importance, such as the value of risk management in an economic crisis, working with law enforcement and public health agencies, and issues in insurance, law and the regulatory environment.  CHRMS owes its success to the dedication and commitment of our members and to the invaluable support of our sponsors.  Please complete the application below.  Please contact the President if you have any questions.

$5,000 Platinum Sponsorship

Entitles sponsor:

• Unlimited Organizational Memberships – All employees of your organization are offered free CHRMS memberships for one year.  Since both the networking event and spring membership drive are free to members, your employees are guaranteed free admission to two events.

• Your choice of being the “Recognized Sponsor” for two of the following items:   CHRMS Educational Scholarship, keynote speaker, or cocktail reception for the following signature events:

You may select to be the keynote sponsor for one event and cocktail reception sponsor for another event or you may choose to be the “recognized sponsor” for both items at the same event.

• Banner Home Page acknowledgement on the CHRMS Website for sponsorship year – Only Platinum sponsors will have scrolling banner name listing on the home page of our website.  Currently, we are receiving over 3000 hits per month on our website.  Platinum sponsors will also be listed on the bottom center of the home page and a secondary page listing all sponsors.

• Guaranteed speaker opportunity at your choice of Law Day, Half Day, Webinar, or Annual Meeting on topic to be mutually decided by you and the Executive Board.

$2,500 Gold Sponsorship

Entitles sponsor:

• Two free memberships
• Verbal recognition at all programs
• Acknowledgement on the CHRMS Website on the bottom center of home page
• Tagline recognition on all correspondence and/or emails
• Free Exhibit table/vendor space at Annual Meeting
• Unlimited use of classified/job ads
• Opportunity to donate promotional item to be included in Annual Meeting Gift bags given to all attendees.  (Typical attendance is 120-150 members.)

$1,000 Silver Sponsorship

Entitles sponsor:

• One free membership
• Verbal recognition at all programs
• Acknowledgement on a secondary page (not home page) of the CHRMS website
• Tagline recognition on all correspondence and/or emails
• Unlimited use of classified/job ads
• Exhibit table/vendor space opportunity at a reduced rate
• Opportunity to donate promotional item to be included in Annual Meeting gift bags given to all attendees  (Typical attendance is 120-150 members.)

Other donation amounts are accepted and will be applied to any CHRMS program and/or association need. All other sponsors will be recognized only at the Annual meeting.
