Although CMS had delayed the live reporting requirement of MMSEA SCHIP Section III from April 1, 2010 to January 1, 2011, there are steps and responsibilities to be addressed. The healthcare world has broad exposures affecting this federal mandate including workers compensation, general and professional liability.
