30th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Please join us for a day of celebrating the last thirty years of CHRMS and a discussion of what the next thirty years may bring.  We will be honoring past presidents and announcing the new officers and board members for 2011.  We are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker will be Michelle Mello, Professor of Law and Public Health, Harvard School of Public Health who will be presenting "Medical Liability Reform:  What's On (and Off) the Table Now?"  The seminar will be followed by a cocktail reception and celebration.

Note:  This meeting has been approved for a total of 4.5 contact hour of Continuing Education Credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and towards CPHRM renewal.  MCLE credit pending.

REGISTRATION:  Register using the "Events" tab of CHRMS website: http://chrmschicago.org. Add a $25.00 late fee if you register after April 28, 2010.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds for cancellations after April 28, 2010. 

CHRMS Members: Please login and go to the "Events" tab to register.  Reminder: your login ID is your email.  Note: you are not registered until you are given a receipt.  Please continue clicking "Receipt" or "Accept" until at the receipt screen.  Once properly registered, you should receive a confirmation email.  

PARKING:   Franklin Parking located across from Sears Tower on Franklin or Systems Parking located at 321 S. Wacker.

FEES: $99 members and $149 non-members.  If you register after April 28, you will be charged a late fee of $25.00. 

PAYMENT: Credit card payments accepted online.  Cash or check payments should be brought to the meeting to pay at the door.
