REGISTRATION: Registration deadline is April 20, 2012. Payment methods include Mastercard, Visa or Check. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted at the event, but are accepted when registering online.  If paying by credit card, please enter the billing address for the credit card. If paying by check, please follow the instructions on the registration screens and bring a check with you to the event.

PROGRAM HANDOUTS: Available handouts will be sent to registrants via e-mail prior to the meeting. Please print out available handouts and bring them with you since they will not be distributed at the meeting.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Nursing, CLUs, ASHRM Continuing Education Credit, and MCLE credits are pending approval.
