This session will review the nuances of claims-made vs. occurrence medical professional liability insurance coverage, and provide attendees with practical information about how to avoid pitfalls and optimize insurance protection.

 Attendees will appreciate the complexities of claims-made insurance and the options available in the current marketplace to address coverage gaps and overlaps.

This program has been approved for the following Continuing Education credits:
