Any refunds due as a result of a timely cancellation will be processed after the event. Any cancellations that do not comply with this policy will not qualify for a refund. CHRMS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel its events for any reason and reserves the right to close registrations when events reach capacity. If an event is cancelled by CHRMS, those registered for the event at the time of the cancellation will be issued a refund of any registration fee paid by the registrant.
