Risk Management Considerations in Radiology
The first lecture of the CHRMS Lecture Series will consist of three case studies which will form the basis for an interactive discussion between our panel members. The lecture will be offered in both a webinar and live presentation format.
REGISTRATION: Please register using the "Events" tab on the CHRMS website: http://chrmschicago.org. Registration Deadline: Friday, September 18th.
CHRMS Members: Please login and go to the "Events" tab to register. Reminder: Your login ID is your e-mail. Note: you are not registered until you are given a receipt. Please continue clicking "Receipt" or "Accept" until at the receipt screen. Once properly registered, you should receive a confirmation email.
COST: Free of charge.

PARKING: Valet parking is available at Johnson & Bell, Ltd., 33 W. Monroe, Suite 2700, Chicago, IL, 60603. Cost is $35.00. Parking can also be found on Michigan and Monroe for $14.00.
